Principal Analytics Architect

ButcherBox is a certified B Corp looking for a Principal Analytics Architect to serve as a senior technical leader for data architecture and analytics solutions. The role will involve setting the technical direction for how ButcherBox connects operational flows across the business, systems, and data models, and translating business strategies into scalable, well-governed architectural designs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
• Experience with ERP or ecommerce strongly preferred
• Experience collaborating with Business Operations teams and other non-technical stakeholders
• Bias for action over perfection
• Solutions oriented mindset with a desire to find the most efficient approach to meeting business needs
