Job Description
ButcherBox is seeking a Principal, Strategic Insights & Analytics to shape how the business understands performance, anticipates what's next, and makes better strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, or a related field, with demonstrated progression into senior-level responsibility.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, or a related field
- Proven ability to operate as both a strategic individual contributor and people leader
- Strong technical skills across analytics and data tooling
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready insights
- Experience working with senior leaders and influencing decisions in ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated comfort thinking in systems and navigating tradeoffs across competing priorities
