Job Description
The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in all areas of restaurant operations, ensuring safety, security, customer service, and financial health. This role focuses on employee supervision, financial management, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage production.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age
- Customer service oriented
- Effective communication skills
- Certified in kitchen and front of the house positions
- Completed MIT program or 2+ years experience in another restaurant as manager
- Serv-Safe certification preferred, or within 6 months of hire/promotion
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Basic computer and accounting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50#
