Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a SaaS Customer Success role
- Experience in the technology sector, particularly with AI or utilities, is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Basic understanding of AI technology and its applications in the electric utility industry
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to a positive team environment
