Engineering Manager - FinCrime & Issuing Experience

BVNK is a fintech company that aims to accelerate global money movement using stablecoins. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead two high-performing engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building products disrupting the payments industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of managing at least 2 engineering teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ideally in fintech or payments
• Experience in FinCrime, fraud prevention, or compliance engineering is preferred
• Strong technical expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Python, Go) and frameworks
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of payments systems, financial protocols (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 8583), and security best practices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps principles
