Engineering Manager - Merchant/Tenant Experience

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and empower teams to deliver scalable, mission-critical payment solutions. The role requires a blend of deep technical intuition and exceptional leadership to foster a culture of high autonomy and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years in a formal leadership or management role within the Fintech or Payments space
• Strong technical foundations in modern languages and experience with cloud-native, microservices architectures
• Strategic thinking and ability to lead teams through ambiguity
• Delivery frameworks and organizational design experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Analytical decision-making and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Passion for the domain and ability to manage boundaries
