Head of Operations

We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead the Payment Operations and Reconciliations departments, reporting to the VP of Operations. This is a strategic, high-impact position where you will build operational resilience and represent the department at the Board level to ensure a seamless, institutional-grade client experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a regulated payment business (e.g. EMI)
• Proven Track Record: Experience in a high-growth tech company or startup, with a history of rapidly assuming responsibility and delivering results
• Deep understanding of global FIAT payment rails and an interest/experience in the Digital Asset ecosystem
• Strong financial acumen and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Proven ability to lead high-level process changes and organisational transitions
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to influence at the senior executive level and collaborate cross-functionally
• The ability to multitask across short-term tactical fixes and long-term strategic initiatives
