Senior Civil Engineer

Shape the Future with BWB Consulting. We're a dynamic, award-winning engineering and environmental design consultancy looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Property Division.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Civil Engineering design - particularly in levels, drainage and external works.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D (or PDS with a willingness to train on Civil 3D), MicroDrainage and Microsoft Office.
• Experience of managing complex projects through planning to completion, liaising with planning authorities, statutory undertakers and national bodies like the Environment Agency.
• Collaborative mindset, with an understanding of other disciplines and a desire to develop project coordination skills.
• Commercial awareness, with developing influencing and negotiating skills, plus the ability to nurture new and existing client relationships.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with the adaptability to engage different audiences.
• Ability to delegate effectively, mentor others and foster a supportive, high-performing team culture.
