Senior Loan Closer

The Senior Closer is responsible for leading and training others on the closing process of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multi-family property loans, ensuring a seamless transition from production to asset management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac closing or a commensurate field
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to operate effectively independently and as a leader in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and ability to take on new challenges quickly and successfully while motivating others
