Job Description
BWXT's Technical Services Group is seeking a visionary and results-driven Campus Development Manager to lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of infrastructure initiatives across its national laboratory campuses for its Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure planning, facilities management, or capital project delivery
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic infrastructure plans in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale capital programs and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of federal project oversight, regulatory compliance, and safety/security frameworks
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in leadership and team development
- Must be eligible for Canadian security clearance
- Canadian citizenship strongly preferred
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate near the Chalk River Site
