The Radiological Controls Manager is responsible for maintaining strict radiological standards, control of radiological work operations and procedures, dosimetry and records, and providing on the job supervision of all radiological work.
Requirements
- A two-year college degree in functional area and a minimum of five years of experience in radiological control or health physics or managing radiation safety programs in a nuclear or radiological environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) “L” security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a functional area and ten years of experience in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, or five years of experience as a Radiological Controls Technician Supervisor.
