Job Description
BWXT Technical Services Group (TSG) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex non-capital projects within the nuclear industry. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to financial, technical, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills, and a proven track record of successful project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, science, or other relevant field (technical degree strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management
- Experience in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) planning and execution
- Advanced knowledge of project cost optimization, risk/opportunity management, and change control
- Ability to influence business units and client organizations
- Excellent leadership skills
- PMP certification or in-progress
