Financial Analyst

Analyze and evaluate potential property acquisitions, dispositions, developments, financings, leases, and the credit worthiness of tenants under consideration for lease transactions.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0 to 4 years of related work experience in financial analysis
• Working knowledge of the commercial real estate industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of Argus Enterprise is preferred
