The Marketing Support Specialist provides administrative support to the Marketing and Leasing departments with a focus on Marketing. The role involves general administrative tasks, travel coordination, managing team files, and coordinating events. The Marketing Support Specialist will also assist with tasks such as managing invoices, tracking expenses, and creating purchase orders. Additionally, the role will help maintain and update marketing promotional materials and collateral, and oversee the scheduling of Captivate advertisements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent educational certification required
- A minimum of 2+ years prior administrative experience required
- Previous marketing experience is highly desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to effectively interface with all departments of the Company and to represent the Company in a highly professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative with projects and tasks
- Flexibility with work schedule to include working overtime on a periodic basis
