The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating the production and implementation of marketing plans/campaigns for the assigned location. This position works with the Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Director to ensure marketing efforts align with both corporate and location goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of marketing and customer service experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and layout/design software (e.g., Adobe, Canva)
- Strong computer skills with foundational graphic arts knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight time constraints
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a constantly changing work environment
