Seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead design and delivery of technical training programs for the Customer Service Department. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering training programs for RIDE’s electric vehicle lineup.
Requirements
- Conduct individual and team skills gap analyses
- Develop technical training courses for all levels
- Coordinate product-related training
- Oversee implementation of LMS
- Ensure all new hires undergo essential technical training
- Establish processes to monitor results of training participants
- Schedule in-house educational sessions
- Measure improvements in employees’ job performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Manage customer queries regarding training and resolve issues
- Determine adequate skill and performance enhancement programs
- Ensure company safety guidelines are followed
- Monitor and manage expenses within the allotted budget
- Work with various teams to achieve optimum customer service, profitability, and cost effectiveness
