As Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will be one of the key owners of Byld’s external voice and internal brand excellence. Your mission goes beyond “branding”: you will help turn marketing into a lever for lead generation—by driving engagement and demand creation (nurturing, authority-building, and stronger conversion to qualified pipeline)—while elevating our thought leadership in corporate venture building and innovation.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of work experience in Marketing / Communications / PR / Content roles in startup/fast-paced environments, consulting, innovation ecosystems, or similar
- Experience producing and editing excellent content in Spanish and English (copywriting, storytelling, scripts, articles, newsletters, campaign messaging)
- Strong attention to detail (“zero defects”)
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally (Growth, Business, Product, People, Building) and managing multiple initiatives in parallel without losing quality
- Experience with PR, events, and ecosystem building: comfortable collaborating with partners and ecosystem players (startups, corporates, investors, media)
- User-centric lover approach/mindset, endlessly curious, with a strong interest in social, tech, and cultural trends, and a passion for building narratives that resonate
- Fan of metrics and analytically driven data: you measure, you learn, you iterate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you can make decisions with controlled uncertainty
- Obsess over quality and brand consistency: you protect the brand and elevate the bar of every deliverable (“zero defects”)
- Comfortable with no-code tools and are used to applying them on a daily basis: Framer (big plus), Figma, Notion, and AI tools
