Sales Development Manager

As the Sales Development Manager, you will manage business relationships with clients to achieve their objectives, leading to increased market share, volume, and profitability.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing Frozen, Dairy, Deli and Meat items.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and associates.
• Must know basic arithmetic operations to accurately calculate budgets, net sales, margins, promotional percentages, discounts, and commissions.
• Possess critical thinking skills such as analysis, evaluation, and synthesis, as well as abstract thinking, creative thinking, information processing, and problem-solving.
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV report.
