Job Description

As the Sales Development Manager, you will manage the business relationship with clients to achieve their objectives and support the customers' category growth goals.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience managing Frozen, Dairy, Deli and Meat items
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and associates
- Must know basic arithmetic operations to accurately calculate budgets, net sales, margins, promotional percentages, discounts, and commissions
- Possess critical thinking skills such as analysis, evaluation, and synthesis, as well as abstract thinking, creative thinking, information processing, and problem-solving
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
