Job Description
Our client is a modern and established service company in Berlin Mitte seeking a Network Security Expert to optimize IT security. The role is responsible for conception and operational implementation of security solutions, ensuring data and infrastructure protection.
Requirements
- Conception and implementation of security solutions on network and host level
- Responsibility for antivirus solutions, web application firewall, and IDS & IPS
- Ensuring the functionality and current state of the managed systems
- Support in security audits and penetration tests
- Control of external service providers
- Several years of professional experience in the area of Network Security / Endpoint Security
- Very good knowledge in the areas of IT security and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of IDS/IPS systems and firewall administration
- Experience with security monitoring tools
- Team skills and communication strength
- Good analytical skills
- Secure negotiation in German and very good English skills
