As a Building Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for visitors and colleagues at our Lowndes Street branch, ensuring the branch is maintained to the highest standards, and providing general assistance to the staff at the Bank.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and be a strong communicator.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working independently, collaboratively and/or as part of a team.
- A passion to learn and develop.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience in a high-end, customer-focused, corporate environment
- Experience in a facilities, security or maintenance environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety.
- Display the highest standard of personal presentation.
- First Aid and/or Fire Warden Training.
