The Human Resources Manager oversees the day-to-day HR needs and operations of the C Lazy U Ranch, responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance, employee engagement, organizational development, and total rewards.
Requirements
- Deliver high-quality HR services to employees and managers
- Collaborate with senior leadership team and management team to drive organizational performance, productivity, and capability
- Advise Directors, Managers, and other leaders on a broad range of HR matters
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Oversee leadership development and succession planning programs
- Leverage HRIS technology to streamline processes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations
- Manage all on/off-site housing
- Partner with the CFO of Triton Investment Company to identify new employee housing lease options
- Process payroll
- Lead and mentor the Recruiting & Development Specialist and the Housing and Activities Coordinator
