Human Resources (HR) Manager

The Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to serve as the operational backbone of their People Operations team. The HR Manager will own and execute key HR functions across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring systems and processes run smoothly, compliantly, and in alignment with CAC's values.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager capacity
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end HR functions (benefits, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Rippling, ADP Workforce Now, TriNet, or similar)
• Experience administering benefits beyond open enrollment (vendor management, plan evaluation, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law (multi-state experience preferred)
• Experience supporting employee relations and acting as a first line of support for managers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification (strongly preferred)
