Sizanid Staffing is seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead our HR department, develop HR strategies, and foster a positive work environment. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of Sizanid Staffing.
• Manage employee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain proper employee documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Design and deliver training programs for staff development and organizational growth.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
