We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department and help us cultivate a high-performance culture across our organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR management systems and applicant tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to influence HR decisions
