Deli Department Manager

The Deli Department Manager is responsible for directing and supervising all functions and activities of Deli Department personnel to achieve sales and profit goals. The job requires following regulations, achieving financial goals, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding Deli operations, safety, and sanitation
• Achieve financial goals such as sales and gross profit maximization, as well as the minimization of shrinkage and supply expense
• Maintain and enforce a clean work environment to ensure sanitary conditions
• Select, train, develop and schedule Deli associates
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
