Job Description
The ICQA Auditor will validate product to be delivered to customers by checking if the physical product matches the customer order. Responsibilities include assisting with research and resolution of errors.
Requirements
- Validate physical product matches the customer order using a handheld scanner
- Carry out quality checks related to pallet construction
- Unload pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identify random pallet not yet loaded for audit
- Root cause all errors found and correct mis-select errors and shortages as necessary
