ICQA Auditor

The ICQA Auditor will validate product to be delivered to customers by scanning and comparing it to system billed quantity. The role also involves performing physical counts, root causing errors, and correcting mis-selects and shortages.

Requirements

• Validate physical product matches the customer order using a handheld scanner
• Perform physical counts to the scanner count
• Root cause errors by reviewing actual and surrounding pick slots
• Correct mis-select errors and shortages as necessary based on the customer contract
