Job Description
The ICQA Specialist performs cycle counting, product verification, and handling of obsolete inventory in a warehouse setting. The role involves using tools like computers and handheld devices, and may include auditing paperwork and researching problem pallets.
Requirements
- Conduct accurate cycle count of inventory locations
- Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory
- Validate dating of product in the warehouse and update as required
- Daily audit of inbound receiving
- Identify and complete root cause research of variances and report errors found to Operations partners
- Respond to buyer requests for item checks and internal code to code transfers in the warehouse
- Coordinate the handling of obsolete and at risk inventory
- Research and resolve inventory variances
