Merchandising Analyst

As a Merchandising Analyst, you will negotiate gross profit opportunities and sales programs with vendors, manage vendor incentives, and execute promotional merchandising programs.

Requirements

• Negotiate gross profit buying opportunities with vendors
• Manage proper execution of reconciliation of vendor incentives
• Setup and maintain item and vendor data integrity
• Study and anticipate commodity changes to maximize revenue
• Assist vendors and buyers with dead and excess inventory resolution
• Interface with outside C&S departments as well as retail customers for resolutions
• Division representative for specific weekly company conference calls
• Food-show coordinator; Merchandising key account contact / other retail contact
• Vendor trade relations coordinator; candy program planning; trainer for C&S personnel
