Job Description
The ICQA Lead assists the supervisor in overseeing and guiding a team responsible for coordinating and executing counts, quality processes, and reporting key quality performance metrics. The role involves training and leading team members to identify and conduct audit spot checks, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of ICQA functions.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the supervisor to distribute daily assignments to ICQA Specialists and Auditors
- Train and develop ICQA Specialists and Auditors
- Prepare and submit start and end-of-shift reports
- Address and correct product placement errors
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the ICQA department and business
