Requirements
- +5 years in growth, business, or strategic consulting roles, or experience in user acquisition/retention projects.
- Higher education in Engineering, ADE, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
- Comfort with data and how to use it to make business decisions using Excel/Sheets and Tableau as a platform (SQL is a plus, but not necessary).
- Decision maker: Comfortable with making decisions.
- People management: Experience managing teams and ability to influence other stakeholders.
- Work style: Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (squads) that include stakeholders from different departments, in fast-growing and constantly changing environments, with tight deadlines.
- Problem solving: Tackle challenges with creativity and efficiency, seeking innovative solutions to drive growth and engagement, with the help of frameworks and using data-driven insights to resolve them.
- Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and lead multiple projects at once.
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and team player, without fear of working in uncharted dynamics.
- Customer-centric: Willing to take on the challenge of making our platform the best and preferred one for drivers.
