Requirements
- Leading optimization strategies for key functions of the marketplace, including prioritization, pricing, and management tools to improve offer and assignment processes.
- Maximizing revenue, margin, and fill rate from better use of available offers.
- Defining economic criteria to decide which offer is assigned to which demand, considering price, SLA, capacity, costs, and probability of fulfillment.
- +3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Marketplace Economics, Strategy, or similar roles ideally in ride hailing, food delivery, hospitality, or airlines.
- Professional in administrative or business careers (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Logistics).
- Leadership skills, strategic vision, growth mindset, and experience in managing multifunctional projects.
- Knowledge of optimization models, simulation, or forecasting.
- Extensive experience in applied analysis to business problems (SQL, Amplitude, and/or Tableau experience valued).
- Ability to interpret company data and discover key insights and growth opportunities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and constant iteration, as well as being able to move from analysis to implementation without friction.
