Construction Plant & Equipment Engineer – Belgium & International Project Site Visits

We are seeking a Construction Plant & Equipment Engineer to join a growing operations team managing a large and diverse fleet of construction equipment. The role ensures safe, efficient, and sustainable use of capital machinery across all projects.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in plant & equipment engineering, fleet operations, or equipment maintenance within construction / civil works.
• Strong technical understanding of heavy construction machinery, engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and repair coordination.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills — able to work with operational teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Flexible and willing to make occasional visits to international project sites.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
