Plant & Equipment Operations Engineer – Construction Projects (Belgium)

We are looking for a Plant & Equipment Operations Engineer to join an established operations team responsible for managing and supporting a diverse fleet of construction equipment across multiple projects in Belgium. This role combines regular presence on construction sites with close collaboration at a central operational hub.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant & equipment engineering, fleet operations, or equipment support within the construction or civil works sector
• Strong technical knowledge of construction machinery, mechanical systems, and site operations
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and coordination of repairs and inspections
• Well-organised and comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with site teams and external partners
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
