Gestionnaire de projet – Bâtiments

Our client is a construction and property development company recognized for the quality of its projects in the public and private sectors. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Buildings to take charge of planning, execution and delivery of construction projects in Brussels.

Requirements

• Manage project contract aspects with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Oversee project financial management: budget tracking, forecasts and monthly reporting
• Plan the project, including global, detailed and procurement planning
• Represent the company at construction site meetings and with third parties
• Ensure coordination between on-site teams and contractual and financial requirements
• Maintain responsibility for project performance until final acceptance
• Collaborate closely with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
