Job Description
We are looking for a Site Superintendent – Civil Works to support the project manager in both the preparation and execution phases. The candidate will lead and coordinate daily on-site operations, including planning, construction methods, logistics, and equipment selection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Fluent in Dutch; English/French is a strong advantage
- Strong organisational skills and ability to lead teams on-site
- Solid technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven, structured, and communicative
