Site Superintendent – Civil Infrastructure

Our client is a leading international construction and engineering group, active in complex civil infrastructure projects across Belgium and abroad. They are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee daily site execution on a major civil infrastructure project in the Brussels periphery.

Requirements

• Managing daily site activities and supervising site teams and subcontractors
• Preparing and following up detailed work plans and short-term planning
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (VCA, ISO)
• Coordinating with external parties such as utility companies and local stakeholders
• Identifying risks, deviations, and bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions
• Monitoring progress, quantities, and costs, including interim statements
• Supporting efficient execution through structured coordination and Lean planning sessions
