Job Description
We are looking for a Plant & Equipment Operations Engineer to strengthen an experienced operations team responsible for managing and supporting a diverse fleet of construction equipment across multiple projects in Belgium.
Requirements
- Plan and coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of construction equipment across various construction sites.
- Provide technical and operational support to construction teams and method engineers for equipment-related issues.
- Follow up on the equipment fleet, including technical monitoring, administrative follow-up, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans to ensure availability and reliability.
- Coordinate inspections, repairs, and maintenance with internal services, subcontractors, and external suppliers.
- Monitor and report on equipment usage, costs, downtime, and performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as optimizations, standardization, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations related to equipment.
