Plant & Equipment Operations Engineer – Bouwprojecten (België + Regelmatige bezoeken in het Buitenland)

We are looking for a Plant and Equipment Operations Engineer – Construction Projects to strengthen a growing operations team that manages a large and diverse fleet of construction equipment.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, or a related technical field.
• 3-8 years of experience in plant and equipment engineering, fleet management, or equipment maintenance within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy construction equipment, motors, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, lifecycle management, and coordination of repairs.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills – able to work with operational teams, external suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Flexible and willing to occasionally visit project locations abroad.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
