Support Engineer – Technische Ondersteuning

We are looking for a Support Engineer to strengthen a technical support team responsible for guiding customers with system problems, resolving complex situations, and ensuring the smooth operation of installed solutions. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide expert technical support, and work closely with internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• Technical background through education or equivalent experience (IT, electronics, electromechanics, or comparable)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or a comparable role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure information, document solutions, and communicate clearly with customers
• Experience with diagnostic tools, support platforms, and remote assistance tools
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French (both required)
• Good understanding of technical systems and able to convert technical details into practical guidelines for users
• Customer-focused mindset, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
