Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to combine IT support with support for technical installations and systems, ensuring the digital and physical work environment remains optimally functioning.
Requirements
- MBO 4 or HBO in the direction of ICT, Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology, or comparable
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or service-oriented role
- Knowledge of: IT (Windows, Microsoft 365, basic Azure/Intune, ticket systems)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality and technical insight
- Customer-oriented and communicative
- Proactive and eager to learn
