Program Quality Engineer

Role Overview

Join CACI's team as a Program Quality Engineer, supporting all phases of product realization and ensuring high quality deliverables of high reliability space and ground-based systems. Work with design, programs, supply chain, and production teams to drive quality and innovation.

What You Will Do

Develop quality plans, provide guidance to quality control inspectors, lead MRB chair, and participate in corrective action activities. Identify and implement process improvements, conduct process audits, and create training on quality assurance topics.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in electronic, optoelectronic, and/or opto-mechanical product quality assurance
• U.S. Citizenship
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC, J-STD
• Excellent work habits, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
