Assistant General Manager

Cactus is seeking an Assistant General Manager with 2+ years of high-volume, upscale casual restaurant management experience to promote a culture of accountability and drive sales and profits. The ideal candidate is a self-starting leader with a guest-first focus and strong leadership traits.

Requirements

• 2+ years high-volume, upscale casual restaurant management experience
• High-energy, works with a sense of urgency
• Polished and professional presentation and approach
• Strong leadership traits with the ability to drive performance results through motivating and coaching others
• Detail oriented with high standards in service and organization and operations
• Guest focused and hospitable, you truly enjoy taking care of others
• Proficiency with MS office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc...)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
