Assistant General Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years high-volume, upscale casual restaurant management experience
• Strong track record of progressive career growth
• High-energy, works with a sense of urgency
• Polished and professional presentation and approach
• Strong leadership traits with the ability to drive performance results
• Detail oriented with high standards in service and organization and operations
• Guest focused and hospitable, you truly enjoy taking care of others
• Proficiency with MS office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc...)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Flexible schedule, 45 hours a week, 2 consecutive days off
