Requirements
- Manage UK payroll as a processing client using ADP iHCM
- Collect, validate, and maintain payroll data within spreadsheets and payroll databases
- Calculate and process Restricted stock award gains
- Administer Employee Share Purchase Plan
- Maintain strong professional relationships with in-country partners
- Submit payroll data and supporting documents to local accounting partners
- Prepare and raise employee net pay transfers
- Prepare and process third party statutory and voluntary payments
- Maintain accurate, compliant filing of all payroll documentation
- Prepare and park payroll journals for posting into SAP
- Support onboarding and offboarding processing
- Generate, review and submit monthly pension contribution reports
- Support the preparation and submission of statutory legal payroll reports
- Maintain and update payroll standard operating procedures and country specific payroll manuals
- Handle and resolve payroll queries
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Liaise with payroll vendors
- Support Finance and HR teams
- Support Merger and Acquisition activities
- Stay up to date with legislative changes
