Director, M&A Integration

The Director, M&A Integration will drive integration and value capture for corporate acquisitions, develop plans to integrate and scale the acquired businesses, and drive successful execution against key performance metrics.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of leading or driving M&A integrations at a consulting firm and/or within Corporate Development or equivalent group – preferably in the software field
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong communicator
• Financial acumen, acute attention to detail, and a talent for thinking strategically
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Ability to manage and drive multi-faceted and highly complex integration efforts
