Job Description
This is a pivotal moment to join SoundHound AI as a Director, M&A Integrations and Strategic Initiatives. As a key leader on the Strategy & Corporate Development team, you will build and lead our post-merger integration and strategic initiatives function, ensuring every acquisition translates into realized value, operational alignment, and long-term growth.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in M&A integration, transformation, or large-scale program leadership within a technology, SaaS, or AI-driven company
- Bachelor's, or a Master’s degree
- Demonstrated success leading complex integrations or transformation initiatives through the full lifecycle: planning, execution, stabilization, and optimization
