Job Description
Join Realtor.com as AI Operations Strategy Director to design, lead, and execute the company's enterprise approach to embedding artificial intelligence (AI) into the Finance organization's operational workflows. Drive measurable productivity improvements across the Consumer org by translating AI strategy into actionable initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years in technical operations, workflow automation, or technology enablement
- At least 3 years in a hands-on implementation capacity
- Experience with Claude (or like technologies) required
- Strong technical fluency
- Proven track record of shipping AI or automation projects from concept through production at scale
- Operational background required
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proven ability to convert data and ideas into strategic, actionable business plans
