As the AI Operations Strategy Director, you will lead the design, implementation, and execution of AI-powered workflow automation across the Consumer organization, driving measurable productivity improvements and building reusable AI workflows.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technical operations, workflow automation, or technology enablement
- At least 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with AI or automation solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical fluency and experience working with engineers, reviewing implementations, and getting hands-on with tools
- Proven track record of shipping AI or automation projects from concept through production at scale
- Operational background, experience designing, improving, or scaling complex operational workflows
